Rice Culture is a growing niche dessert shop that specializes in rice based desserts. Their main products are Mochi Taiyakis. They are based in Virginia, USA and are currently the only Taiyaki shop in the area.

Young because our Mochi Taiyakis are in an irresistibly cute shape of a Fish and we offer nostaligic kid-friendly flavors like Oreos or Nutella.
Adventurous because they are tempted to try something “new” and outside of their typical flavor options as we offer a plethora of Asian infused flavor combos that are bright and eye catching."
