"I want my visual identity to build trust in customers, to let them know that this resort is a luxury for their cats and will definitely be a comfortable environment.
I’m targeting younger cat owners, so I hope to incorporate more light-hearted elements like hand-drawn illustrations so that it looks approachable and friendly.
It’ll be good to avoid a look that is too lux or cold, as we want to position ourselves as somewhere fun for the cats."
